When can I update my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your shipping address to the correct one. However, if your order has already been dispatched, please contact the courier directly for redelivery or pickup options.
How to provide your correct shipping address
To update your shipping address, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your EcoThreads account at ecothreadsapparel.com.
- Navigate to the "Order History" section and select the order you want to update.
- Click on "Update Shipping Address" and enter your correct address details.
- Submit your request and our customer support team will confirm the update if your order has not been shipped yet.
If your order has already shipped
Once an order has shipped, EcoThreads is unable to change the shipping address. In this case, please reach out directly to the courier service handling your package to arrange for redelivery or to pick up your package at their facility.
